I’m a leadership strategist, author, and facilitator driven to reshape the leadership landscape by unlocking the untapped potential in individuals and organizations. As a biracial Black/Latinx woman, my personal leadership journey has been shaped by navigating diverse systems, giving me a unique perspective on fostering authentic, inclusive leadership that fuels creativity, innovation, and impact.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with more than 500 leaders across industries, from C-suite executives to emerging talent. My passion lies in identifying and cultivating leadership potential at all career stages, empowering people and teams to lead authentically, confidently, and purposefully—no matter their role or industry.

As the founder of Untapped Leaders, I help organizations transform their leadership pipelines by centering voices and perspectives often overlooked in traditional models. Through tailored coaching, cohort-based programs, and strategic development initiatives, we enable leaders to thrive while fostering retention, innovation, and long-term success. Our work is grounded in the belief that leadership should reflect the diversity of the communities it serves.

Backed by a B.S. in Business Administration from USC, an M.P.A. from NYU, and an Ed.D. from UCLA, I combine academic expertise with hands-on experience to deliver leadership solutions that are actionable and transformational.
